From the founder

When I took over my family's business, we had two locations and I was doing everything — fixing equipment, cleaning clothes, doing alterations, making deliveries, handling customer service.

I never imagined I'd be running 120+ people across 15 locations.

Along the way, I lived every frustration operators know: no time to hold people accountable, losing top performers I couldn't properly recognize, evenings lost to admin, pulling data from different systems just to get a read on the business.

I grew up in this industry. I respect everyone in it. It's how my parents provided for our family — and how I provide for mine.

That's why I built Magnoli, named after my daughter Magnolia. It's not just a business. It's our legacy.
