    Are there additional recurring fees I should be aware of?

    Pricing is based exactly on what's shown above — per location, with a flat fee for each additional location or route. There are no per-user fees, no station caps, and unlimited devices. Every native feature is included. The only usage-based costs on top are text messages (SMS) and AI token usage, billed based on what your operation actually sends and uses. We also have a marketplace for additional services and third-party integrations, but no native feature comes with a surprise upcharge.

    Are there implementation or setup fees?

    Yes — implementation, training, data migration, hardware, and any integration services are quoted separately from your software subscription. Quality of support matters to us, so an entire team comes out to handle training and data migration in person, fully focused on you and your team to make sure go-live happens without hiccups.     Does it work with my existing hardware?

    Yes. Magnoli runs on most modern computers and phones — we don't require fancy hardware and try to keep upgrades to a minimum. The platform plugs into the conveyors, tagging systems, kiosks, lockers, and payment terminals you already trust, including Metalprogetti, Forenta, Railex, Ingenico, Stripe, and Clover. Most new hardware purchases come up when you're adding a station — typically just a computer and scanner. Ask us about a specific vendor.
