  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. SMS and Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account, including:

  • Service updates
  • Alerts and notifications
  • Authentication messages

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, features, and functionality of the Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code—are owned by Magnoli Technologies LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business or personal use.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Host, store, and process your content
  • Use it to provide and improve the Services

We are not responsible for:

  • The availability or performance of third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Magnoli Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that state.
